Robert Weil 是德國Rheingau區的知名酒莊, 它在德國屬於最頂級的五串葡萄莊園, 也是Robert Parker 所列世界最偉大酒莊之一. 陳新民教授譯寫自德文版的稀世珍釀, 更將其列入百大之林. 喝德國Riesling甜白酒的朋友, 要想不知道Robert Weil, 還真是不太容易; 但要想徹底瞭解Robert Weil, 只怕也是很難 — 因為此酒莊的酒, 拍賣會上經常屢創佳績, 價格一度超越 Ch. Latour. 羅伯威爾(Rober Weil)也因此獲得萊茵高地區依肯堡(Chateau d’Yquem) 的稱號.並且與伊貢米勒(Egon Müller)及普綠園(Joh. Jos. Prüm), 三雄並立, 成為全世界最頂級酒尊稱的「三傑」。

Robert Weil 羅伯威爾酒莊享有德國最高等級五串葡萄的榮譽,位於萊茵高(Rheingau) 區,它是德國最重要及聲譽富載的產區,早在六世紀時就聞名全歐,酒莊創始人Dr. Robert Weil為法國索邦大學的德語教授,在1870年的普法戰爭時被迫使離開巴黎回到德國,1868 年Weil 博士在Kiedrich購買了他的第一個葡萄園,1875年建立了羅伯威爾酒廠,98%以種植Riesling 為主,2%為 Spätburgunder(Pinot Noir)。他為自家酒莊奠定了良好的基礎,而且很迅速地就建立了卓越的聲譽。在十九世紀末、二十世紀初,本酒莊的產品曾經風靡了許多歐洲的王室。目前掌舵者為第四代的 Wilheim Weil 先生是個積極進取主事者,也讓酒廠於1997年獲得 Gault Millau 葡萄酒指南的年度風雲釀酒師!

目前酒莊有65公頃的葡萄園,種植的葡萄幾乎都是麗絲玲(98 %),另有2 % 的Spatburgunder (即Pinot Noir)。羅伯.威爾酒莊擁有德國最頂尖的名園之一的「伯爵山園(Grafenberg)」,數百年來都名列萊茵高最頂尖的名園之中。

現在他們的葡萄園採行環保的耕種法:採用有機肥料,在田埂間種植一些綠色植被以增加土壤中的腐植質,絕對不使用除草劑,嚴格地修剪枝葉以控制產量、開花之後的疏果、必要時剪除多餘的葉子和果實,;最重要的一點,本酒莊釀造上的種種技術都是在確保來自葡萄園的高品質收成能夠表現反映在最終完成的產品上。富含礦物質風味的板岩土壤賦予了Robert Wei l麗絲玲白酒的招牌風格:高雅複雜,帶有顯著的水果味,以及其他豐富的香味!

Robert Weil 的風格向來以果實成熟著稱, 未發酵葡萄汁的重量以及萃取程度, 均較同區酒廠為高, 但仍能維持複雜的花香與風味, 極為清雅飄逸, 夏日一杯清涼有勁, 暑氣全消! Kabinett 與 Spätlese 酒款色澤明亮, 有著豐富的柑橘、鳳梨、百香果、蜂蜜、荔枝的香氣與礦石味, 忠實反映了Rheingau區特有的風土條件!

1Robert Parker Tasting Note: Robert Weil’s 2014 Rheingau Riesling Tradition shows a lovely, clear, precise and aromatic bouquet of white fruits. Clear like a mountain stream, this is a piquant and racy, slightly sweet Riesling of great finesse and elegance. This is not only crystal clear but also crystalline, and the alcohol is below 11% — a picture-book Rheingau Riesling.

Wine Spectatoe Tasting Note: Precise, with tarragon notes that enliven the crisp green apple and peach flavors. Offers firm acidity and a finish that delivers a complex mix of creamy and spicy accents. Drink now through 2020. 3,800 cases made.

The Wines of Weingut Robert Weil Reisling Trocken 2014 Offer: ( Trocken 不甜 – 干白)
333 Robert Paeker Tasting Note: Robert Weil’s 2014 Riesling trocken offers a very clear, precise and aromatic white peach aroma that is already quite upfront. The wine is intense and racy on the palate, with power and juiciness but also a coolish soul on both nose and palate. This is small (低產量),dry Spätlese that was picked with 87° Oechsle, and its racy acidity is well buffered by the mineral extract. Impressive and already enjoyable.

The Wines of Weingut Robert Weil Reisling Kabinett 2015 Offer: ( 麗絲玲K級甜白酒 )
444Robert Parker Tasting Note: The 2015 Rheingau Riesling Kabinett has a very clear and delicate bouquet with citrus flavors and flinty aromas. Very classic. The wine is light, round and juicy on the palate, piquant and salt, and by far not as sweet as in earlier vintages. There are 42 grams of unfermented sugar, here. The finish is pretty mineral and dry, due to its grip and salinity. I would recommend storing this wine for another 3-5 years.

Wine Spectator Tasting Notes:A blowsy style, with flavors of ripe melon, baked apple and dried pear that feature plenty of spicy notes. Some honeyed accents show on the juicy finish. Drink now. 3,500 cases made

The Wines of Weingut Robert Weil Riesling Spätlese 2015 Offer: ( 麗絲玲晚摘甜白酒 )

Robert WeilRobert Parker Tasting Note: Very fresh, elegant and noble on the nose the 2015 Riesling Spätlese Tradition has a deeper but also more discreet aromas than the Kabinett Tradition, revealing its mineral flavors shyly but forcibly. The grapes were picked at 91° Oechsle and the wine ended up with 8% of alcohol and 67 grams per liter of residual sugar. Rich and juicy on the first attack this is a very mineral, piquant, concentrated and firmly structured Riesling with a salty purity in the background. Still very young, but capable of lingering and with the dramatic taste of iron on the finish. Great aging potential also due to its total acidity of almost 10 grams per liter.
