Rolf Binder頂級旗艦酒款 Hanisch 總是95分以上的水準，屢見各大國際葡萄酒雜誌，「Decanter」專業葡萄酒雜誌曾評筆1994年份的Hanisch為澳洲希哈酒款的前三名，美國權威葡萄酒評論家Robert Parker 在2001年時，賦予1998年份的Hanisch頂級希哈紅酒 99分的高分，然而 2005年Hanisch更是榮獲 Robert Parker: 98分，且其年產量極低 300~350箱,幾乎是一瓶難求!
Rolf Binder 最早是德國後裔，在西元1950年後就移民到澳大利亞南部Barossa Valley巴羅沙河谷，當時這裡是德國人移民最多地方，Rolf Binder 先生自1990年代以後，從父親手中接下了葡萄園農務。酒莊原名為 Veritas ,但因進入美國葡萄市場與另一家酒莊恰好同名, Rolf 決定沿用自己的名子，在2004年正式更名為 Rolf Binder， Rolf 先生自90年代以後，從父親手中接下了園務。本園最得意的是以1972年開始栽種的希哈（Shiraz），都已經到達了生命最光輝的時期。Rolf Binder分別在1996年獲得巴羅莎葡萄酒展的「最佳小型釀酒廠」大獎，以及在1997年獲得「巴羅莎最佳希哈酒款」的肯定。2002年時，Rolf Binder 酒莊再次拿下「最佳小型釀酒廠」大獎。

Rolf Binder • Shiraz Hanisch 2005Robert Parker Tasting Notes: The sensational 2005 Shiraz “Hanisch” was aged in 80% new American oak, the balance in seasoned French. It has a fabulous perfume of cedar, tobacco, vanilla, spice box, truffle, pencil lead, plum, and blueberry. Voluptuous, intensely flavored, and already complex, it will unfold over the next decade and drink well through 2025 for those fortunate enough to track some down.
Hanisch 的第一個釀製年份為1991年，採用來自住家旁邊有一塊極小的老藤葡萄園自家土地，他們二人將這塊小小葡萄園取名 【Chri – Ro】也就是莊主（Christa and Rolf 二人的名字）的自家土地。這塊小葡萄園最多一年可以釀出12~16桶的酒,但經過他們二人嚴格高標準的篩選過後,最後真正能掛名Hanish的酒款，只剩下10~12桶了，淘汰後的酒液皆降級去釀其它基本款!!
About Rolf Binder Hanisch :
Hanisch was first produced in 1991. Production is tiny at about 300 to 350 cases. It cannot be increased as it comes from a small number of vines on a particular part of the home blocks that surround the winery. The home blocks are given the name Chri-Ro after Christa and Rolf.
The wine is aged partly in new American oak and a smaller amount in new French oak which has been matured in the Barossa Valley for two years before being made into barrels by A.P.Johns of Tanunda and partly in older French and American oak.
This small vineyard area produces about 12 to 16 barrels and at the wine classification stage this is reduced to perhaps 10 to 12 barrels. The declassified Hanisch is used in Bulls Blood and other bottlings.
