Hudelot-Noellat 由Alain Hudelot-Noëllat 創業於 1960年 ，坐落於 Clos Vougeot 村內，以輕巧的酒體與細緻且自然的風味聞名，現由第三代外孫Charles van Canneyts負責管理酒莊。
★ 2009 年在紐約舉行的一場 2005 頂級勃根地品酒會，由 15 款頂級園酒爭奪桂冠。結果出爐 Groffier 的 2005 Bonnes-Mares 擊敗了 2005 DRC Grands Echezeaux 獲得第一，而在這場高水準的品飲裡，Hudelot Noellat 以其 2005 Romanee St Vivant 獲得第四名，勝過了 Leory 2005 Romanee St Vivant
Hudelot-Noellat創業於1960 年，坐落於 Vougeot 村內，老莊主 Alain 娶了 Vosne Romanee 村內著名 Charles Noellat 的孫女為妻，帶來了數塊 Vosne Romanee 葡萄園當作嫁妝。
如今酒廠手中擁有三塊夜丘精華的特級園 Richebourg、Romanee St-Vivant 和 Clos Vougeot；一級園則有「小La Tache」美譽的 Vosne Les Malconsorts 以及比鄰 Echezeaux 的 Vosne Les Beaux Monts 等，加上村莊地塊總共只有 6.6 公頃地。其 Les Suchots 由於緊鄰頂級園 Richebourg 和 Romanee-St-Viviant，是眾多 Suchots 酒中的佼佼者，品質僅次於Robert Arnoux。其Clos Vougeot 品質又高於Suchots，葡萄園位於城堡左方，就在 Meo-Camuzet 葡萄園旁的絕佳位置，優異的水準堪稱 Clos Vougeot 當中的極品。另外更不能錯過兩塊 Vosne Romanee 的頂級園 Romanee St-Vivant 以及 Richebourg，老藤葡萄帶來絕妙的複雜性與勁道，象徵酒廠品質的顛峰。
目前酒廠由Alain的外孫 Charles Van Canneyt 繼承，2005 年釀酒師 Vincent Munier 也加入了團隊，兩位年輕又才華洋溢的釀酒師，傳承上一代的經驗加上新世代的釀酒思維，帶領這家勃根地老牌酒莊邁向新世紀的挑戰，持續綻放出最耀眼的丰采。

Tasting Notes :The 2010 Nuits St. Georges Les Murgers boasts an incredibly expressive bouquet and gorgeous layers of dark red berry and plum flavors. The wine is quite open and inviting at present, but I imagine it will firm up in bottle. Exotic spiced notes wrap around the creamy, textured finish. This is a promising 1er Cru from Hudelot-Noellat. Anticipated maturity: 2016-2026

Tasting Notes : The 2011 Nuits St Georges 1er Cru les Murgers was showing a touch of struck match reduction on the nose. It will be interesting to see if that remains in situ post bottling. The palate is sweet and pastille-like on the entry with fleshy red berry fruit infused with brown spice and subtle earthy tones. There is a pleasing structure here, more backbone than the Vougeot Petit Vouget with a slightly brittle finish

The Wines of Domaine Hudelot-Noellat Nuits-St-Georges 1er Cru Les Murgers 2012 Offer ( 一級 Les Mrugers 葡萄園)
Tasting Notes : Habitually the first parcel to be picked by the domaine, the 2012 Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru Murgers comes from a 0.68-hectare parcel of vines planted in 1985. It is open, generous and mineral-driven on the nose that already displays vigor and class. The palate is medium-bodied with a spicy, ebullient opening. The fruit profile is a little darker than the Vosne-Romanee, showing firm, grippy tannins towards the slightly austere finish. This is mysteriously compelling, much more so than I anticipated and it deserves several years in bottle after release.

Tasting Notes : The 2013 Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru Les Murgers has a cohesive bouquet with red currant, raspberry and just a touch of tinned peach, quite Vosne-like in style. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin, the oak needing a little more time to fully integrate. But it is endowed with a pleasant, endearing spiciness, almost fieriness that lends the finish intrigue. This has finesse and focus, constituting and supremely well-crafted 2013.

The Wines of Domaine Hudelot-Noellat Vosne Romanee 2014 Offer
Tasting Notes : The 2014 Vosne-Romanée Villages has more fruit intensity than the Chambolle at this stage with lively strawberry and red cherry scents. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, good substance here for a village cru with a touch of spice on the finish. Perhaps a little conservative but hey, it is a village cru and it will do absolutely fine.

The Wines of Domaine Hudelot-Noellat Chambolle Musigny 2014 Offer
Tasting Notes : The 2014 Chambolle-Musigny Villages, from 1.85 hectares of vines planed in 1955, was politely requesting a little more cohesion when I tasted it from barrel. The palate is better with slightly chewy tannins, a keen line of acidity and a slightly blocky but fresh finish that should gain finesse by the time of bottling. It might just be looking for an upswing once incarcerated in glass so that it settles at the top of my banded score ( from a 1.85-hectare parcel of vines planted in 1955, 西元1955年開始第一個年份,葡萄種植面積只有小小的.185公頃)
