布根地光輝精緻1999 超級好年!!
在布根地有「白酒第一名莊」之美譽的，就是 Domaine Leflaive – Leflaive 家族在布根地的活動, 早在西元 1580年即開始. 就像任何一個布根地家族一樣, 因繼承與分家等因素, 或者成為公司後所有權的分散與治理, 物業終究因歷史而更動. Domaine Leflaive 原先由 Anne-Claude Leflaive 與 Olivier Leflaive 共同領軍 (Anne-Claude的父親 Vincent 老莊主, 也是Oliver 的伯父) 但家族決定將 Domaine 與 Negociant 的生意分開, 自此 Olivier Leflaive 在產權與治理獨立. 它的作品雖然沒有 Domaine Leflaive 的絕頂名氣, 但白酒方面依舊精采, 價位也較平易近許多!!
這幾年來, Olivier Leflaive 逐步增加葡萄園面積, 也向優質葡萄農採購葡萄. 2011年更自Domaine Leflaive 分得一些葡萄園, 包括大名鼎鼎的 Chevalier-Montrachet,也找來已離開 Domaine Leflaive 的 Pierre Morey 作顧問 – 還有誰是更好的人選? 一般說來, Olivier Leflaive 的白酒過去重於用桶, 常有奶油, 堅果香味; 近年作風改變, 尤其在Puligny-Montrachet村 的作品乾淨明亮, 亦能展現細節, 其它入門款則是實惠而有韻味!
Olivier Leflaive 酒款, 除了Puligny Montrachet 村的特級園 Bâtard-Montrachet 之外, 還有 Les Pucelles 與Les Folatières 這二個超強一級園. 值得注意的酒款還有一級園 Champ Gain , 這是布根地白酒的另一個頂級寶藏, 布根地迷應該可以試試 !
1999 年傑出的因素在於它從一開始時就非常的出色。Domaine Jacques Prieur 的釀酒師 Nadine Gublie 說， 它們高雅、多汁且十分優美。
我給了 1999 年的勃根地紅酒 92-96 的評分 ( Outstanding to Classic，滿分 100分) ，而白酒 91-95 分。許多 1999 的 Pinot Noir 與 Chardonnay 發售時將會非常可口，但仍保有陳放至少 10 年以上的潛力。
