創立於 1825 年的 Faiveley 是布根地 Nuits St Georges 最具代表性酒商 Negocient，但更像是一家的獨立自有酒莊。Faiveley 本業是生產法國高鐵 TGV 車門的大型企業，這樣的酒廠在布根地幾乎是獨一無二，以大企業的嚴謹管理，幾乎是不計成本來經營。Faiveley 擁有 120 公頃的葡萄園，主要集中在夜丘，自有地的比例高達 80%，相較於伯恩丘幾家著名的大型酒商，其自有地僅約十分之一。
Domaine Faiveley自1825年開始，延續七代一直由家族世襲經營。François Faiveley從1978年開始經營管理Faiveley酒廠以來，持續不斷努力生產偉大優良的葡萄酒，並致力改進葡萄酒生產的每一個層面。幾乎所有Faiveley的頂級酒及一級酒，均採用100%全新橡木桶，並以人工不過濾逐桶裝瓶，如此一來，酒質會變得更加澄淨且富有華麗感的酒體，得以展現Pinot Noir最佳的風味。Faiveley酒廠的葡萄酒集中度佳，口感豐富真是其他酒廠難以媲美的。François的兒子Erwan Faiveley於2005年接手，Erwan絕不是個低調的人，他開始投資並做了許多新的嘗試，花大錢為葡萄園作土質分析，然後據此決定如何平衡土壤的成份，現在的Faiveley僅採用有機肥料，而且將逐漸成為有機栽種 ,目前由第七代 Erwan Faiveley 經營，2004 年禮聘原 Bouchard Pere & Fils 釀酒總管 Bernard Hervet 加入，改變原來需要時間柔化的嚴肅印象，創造出不同以往的Faiveley全新風格，年輕時展現出細膩誘人姿態，亦可陳年很久。為了控制葡萄的品質，酒莊大幅削減產量，包括以植草、除樹芽、保留老樹、選擇量產低的樹種等方法。釀造的部分自1985年開始，幾乎所有Faiveley 的頂級酒及一級酒，均採用100%全新橡木桶，並以人工不過濾逐桶裝瓶。
