創立於西元 1835年的Delas Freres (德拉斯兄弟酒莊)是法國隆河區的頂尖生產者,當時就由 Charles Audibert 和 Philippe Delas 共同成立， 並在西元1924年將酒莊正式名 為Delas Freres 延續至今。在西元1960年 第四代莊主Michel Delas 開始接手後,產生重大改變, 尤其在新資金注入下，品質不斷提升，1997年更加入釀酒師 Jacques Grange（布根地的明日之星），酒莊風格更形細緻, 直到現在 Delas Freres 酒莊早已納入國際知名水晶香檳名廠旗下 Louis Roederer（Crystal 水晶香檳）, Delas Freres 酒莊至今歷史已達200多年了.在早期他們不斷地在寸土寸金尤其是北隆古老Hermitage les Bessards、Hermitage Domaine desTourettes、Cote Rotie la Landonne 等產區擴充葡萄園, 都是風靡全世界愛酒人士的名園；而事實上，Delas 的全系列產品涵蓋了南北隆河，從基本款地區級到各個著名酒村的單一葡萄園都有生產，都有極高的水準!
Hermitage 位於北隆河的左岸，其土壤是花崗岩的組合與第四紀沖積的沉積土和上新世石灰泥；葡萄園主要位於免於北風侵襲的向陽坡,位於 Hermitage 的心臟地帶，是非常頂尖歷史優久老葡萄園, 精選本園最老的葡萄樹果實釀製， 而且在最理想的成熟度以人工採收，發酵溫度控制在28到32度左右；在部分新橡木桶、部分一年舊桶中熟成。
2011 Hermitage Domaine Des Tourettes 是隆河產區的極好年份，產量大約只有一千多箱,可說是從2009年以後大放異彩,從無冷場,從2009年的98分開始, 到2010年96分,直到2011年95+ (95.5)分,平均都在95分以上,深紫黑色澤，表現出以黑色漿果、香料為主的豐富複雜香氣。酒質雄壯飽滿，結構宏大有力，香味馥郁多層次，充滿誘人的深色漿果香，成熟而細緻的單寧，建議適飲期是2013到2033年。Parker說這個年份是本區兩、三款年度最佳好酒之一，而且給予幾乎完美的95+~ 96分評價！

Delas Freres Hermitage 2011Robert Parker Tasting Notes: Starting off the 2011s, both of which were tasted out of bottle numerous times, the 2011 Hermitage Domaine de Tourettes is another blockbuster from this producer. Full-bodied, rich, layered and voluptuously textured, it offers up a beautiful bouquet of smoked herbs, leather, ground pepper and assorted meaty nuances that are grounded by a rich core of cassis and darker berry fruit. While a big wine, it has remarkable freshness and purity, serious mid-palate depth and silky tannin, all of which allow it to dish out loads of pleasure, even now. Enjoy it over the coming 15-20 years.

Delas Freres Hermitage Blanc 2013Robert Parker Tasting Notes: Every bit as good as the 2012, the 2013 Hermitage Domaine des Tourettes Blanc is 100% Marsanne that spent 12 months in 100% new French oak. Full-bodied, concentrated and layered, with subtle vanilla, honeyed citrus and mint, it has awesome purity, a big mid-palate and rock-star length. It too will have two decades or more of longevity.
Hermitage的狹窄梯田土壤以花岡岩為主，100% Marsanne 品種釀成的風格獨特白酒。位於面南坡上是精選最好的區塊的葡萄來釀造，產量約870多箱而已。100%全新法國橡木桶中培養12個月, 淺金黃色澤。聞起來有迷人濃郁的桃子、熱帶水果、花卉、礦石等香氣。口感芳香，表現出成熟的水果香味和橡木帶來的香草香，口感滑順細膩。
