法國第一手專業酒評家Bettane 與 Desseauve所出版的《Le Grand Guide des Vins de France 2010》中提到，該酒莊為「當地品質最優秀的釀酒業者之一。酒莊的酒，無論使用外購的葡萄或自家葡萄所釀成的酒，均有相當高檔頂級的品質。（Perrot-Minot的酒……）不但口感展現優雅的質地，更有恰如其分的勁道，最大特徵是繽紛又馥郁的鮮花香氣，酒體稠密，口感柔和，表現出新鮮優雅的風格。 」
由英國Hugh Johnson 所著，已出至第六版的《Hugh Johnson’s Wine Companion》中，更稱這家二～三顆星的Perrot-Minot酒款，為「新鮮，且令人感到愉悅的（……）酒體無疑非常集中」，令人感到滿足！就連 Robert Parker 都在第一次喝到 Perrot-Minot的酒時，給出以下讚賞：「Christophe Perrot-Minot 肯定會成為布根地響亮的名字。試飲了酒莊的酒款後，我興奮地難以言喻。沒有什麼比第一次試飲年輕釀酒師所釀的優秀酒款要來得更令人感到愉悅和振奮了，特別是當這些酒如此突出、卓越！」
Domaine Perrot Minot 歷史可追溯至19世紀中期，來自香波村的Leonie Sigaut 與 Morey St Denis 村的 Alexandre Morizot 結婚後將二家的酒園合併，成為現今Perrot-Minot酒莊的雛形，Amedee的兒子 Armand 在第二次世界大戰之後接管酒莊。為了提高酒質，增添設備並不斷改進釀酒工藝。女兒 Marie-France 與 Henri Perrot-Minot結婚，他們的兒子就是今日的莊主Christophe。自1993年起由第四代莊主Christophe Perrot-Minot接手，目前已成為布根地最炙手可熱的超級新星之一，其葡萄酒在年輕時以濃郁強勁著稱，只要耐心等待，便能品嘗到其陳年後的更多層次變化及優雅展現。
莊主堅信傳統釀酒法，自1990年代初期便開始一連串的革新，以期更加濃郁、綿密的葡萄酒。在葡萄園裡，堅決不使用化學肥料，並實行疏果（Green Harvest），每顆樹只留6～7串葡萄，每公頃僅3,000～3,500公升的產率。採收後，先是一段嚴密的揀選作業，酒莊每年在收成期固定聘請員工，揀選熟美的葡萄串。接著，所有葡萄先去梗，經過約一星期14℃的冷發酵後，才進入天然的發酵過程。初釀成的葡萄酒依等級分類，特級園使用50%新橡木桶陳放18～20月後裝瓶，不澄清也不過濾。酒莊旗下光是特級園酒款就有六款，包括Chambertin-Clos de Bèze、Chambertin、Mazoyèze-Chambertin、Charmes-Chambertin、Chapelle-Chambertin，與 Clos Vougeot，全部100%老藤葡萄釀製，酒標上即可看到「Vieilles Vignes」字樣。
酒莊位於布根地著名的「特級園之路」（Route des Grands Crus）旁，擁有11公畝的葡萄園，包含兩塊特級園（Grand Cru）以及九塊一級園（Premier Cru）。葡萄園位於山丘中間的地塊，海拔大約260至300公尺之間，都有極佳的向陽 (面東) 位置，其葡萄藤平均都至少有45年以上的歷史，因此 Domaine Perrot-Minot的很多酒都標示有老藤（Vieilles Vignes）字樣。1999年起，莊主開始向酒農購入葡萄釀酒，但合作夥伴僅限於Domaine Pierre Damoy等名家酒農。外購葡萄所釀成的酒標上「Perrot-Minot」，自行種植並釀造的酒款，則標上完整的「Domaine Perrot-Minot」以識區別。
