與Parker 同樣重量級的勃根地酒評 Burghound.com 的 Allen Meadow 也提到「2009 勃根地紅酒應是此世代中最出色的一年。這個年份也是我遇過從頂級一直到區域酒最為傑出的年份。」沒有人會不喜歡 2009 勃根地，更重要的是不論是特級、一級園乃至村莊、區域酒的品質都令人激賞。Allen Meadow 認為 2009 勃根地是自 1978 年後最優秀的一年，但 1978年在 30年後的今日已是極難入手，目前正是購買 2009 年的最好時機，他建議酒迷絕對不可錯失，應盡其所能地購入以免之後後悔一輩子。
勃根地的釀酒家們也抱持相同 看法 – 2009 是勃根地紅酒最偉大的年份之一。Domaine de la Romanee-Conti 莊主 Aubert de Villaine 就說「2009 這年的葡萄是自1999年來最好的。」Armand Rousseau 的 Eric Rousseau 與其他的釀酒師也認為2009勃根地「揉合了 1999 與 2002」，但又迫不及待的強調 2009更為傑出。Wine Advocate 雜誌總結當地的看法，為他們心目中的2009 勃根地下了適切註解，「就像更純淨明亮、圓潤無縫隙，且酒質更為細緻優雅的 1999。」
Nicolas Potel 被稱為『布根地明日之星』其受父親Grard Potel -被喻為布根地偉大釀酒師影響極! 前莊主 Nicolas Potel 的父親 Gerard Potel 是布根地葡萄酒“教父”級的人物，1987年父親猝逝後 Nicolas 沒能繼承父親的酒廠 Pousse d’or，但他並沒有因此而氣餒，反而藉由天生的釀酒才能，與許多酒農合作買入葡萄再自行培養釀製成自己品牌的酒。Nicolas 為了成立酒莊欠下了大筆債務，不得已之下只把酒莊賣給大酒商 Cottin Freres，自己仍繼續擔任釀酒師，2007 年他自行買下葡萄園另外成立了 Domaine Nicolas Potel。雙方理念不合之下，Nicolas 在 2009 年離開了 Maison Nicolas Potel，同時 Domaine Nicolas Potel 亦被迫改名為 Domaine de Bellene，後來他再成立 Maison Roche de Bellene。
Nicolas Potel 毫無疑問地，足以成為現布勃根地葡萄酒的靈魂代表人物。受到父親的啟蒙與上帝賜予的釀酒天賦，加上纖細敏感的味蕾與宏大的釀酒理想，讓 Nicolas Potel 在十分年輕的時候，就被列為現代影響勃根地葡萄酒的天才釀酒師，崎嶇的釀酒心路與重重不斷的挫折，更讓這位釀酒奇才更誓言釀出動人肺腑的靈魂美酒。 「Bellene」一詞源自高盧人的太陽神，相當於古希臘神話中的阿波羅，也曾經是 Beaune (伯恩區) 於18世紀以前的地名，以此寓意品牌高品質的尊貴地位。
懷抱熱情、理想又遠大的Nicolas，世人的讚賞並無法滿足於他追求無止盡完美的釀酒理想， Nicolas 認為要釀造出一款經典的好酒，一個非常重要的環節在於葡萄樹的年齡，只選用樹齡40歲以上的優質荖藤。除此之外，還需要配合良好的土地和氣候環境，葡萄園管理以及整體的經營策略等因素。：“在釀酒的過程中，人工的做作越少，釀出來的酒就越好。我會憑者我對葡萄酒的感覺，而不是電腦分析的數據來釀酒。”為了確保品質，他們會在一天裏進行2-3次的試味，來決定一些釀造細節。Nicolas 認為在橡木桶的時間短一些能令她發展出新鮮和甜美的水果香味。其酒質純凈、甘醇，特別能體現出不同產區的風土個性! 為了更讓 Pinot Noir 儘量吸收橡木桶的精華，在15-20個月的陳年中不進行搖桶，並加入最小量的二氧化硫。所有的酒都只在裝瓶前夕才進行搖桶，這樣令酒液更純凈。

Domaine De Bellene Beaune 1er Cru 【 Teurons 】2009Tasting Notes: This ’09 Teurons explodes with a nose that’s pure, precise and classic Beaune: juicy red and blue fruit, sun-warmed earth, crushed wildflowers and a touch of spice. Intense and perfectly balanced, the ’09 Beaune Les Teurons edges on opulence; its fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity provide counterweight to the concentration of its dry extract. Traditional, meticulous winemaking is the rule at this biodynamic cellar; after crushing by foot, this wine ferments with natural yeast for about three weeks, and ages in barriques for 16-20 months before bottling, without fining or filtration. 2009 Teurons 使用天然酵母發酵，在16-20個月的陳年中不進行搖桶，所有的酒都只在裝瓶前夕才進行搖桶，這樣令酒液更純凈，其細膩單寧酸和精緻的果香，強烈且相當完美的平衡。

It is fresh at the finish, despite the evident richness of fruit. A magical, harmonious wine. This wine, from the fabulous 2009 vintage, is only just starting out in life.
