Domaine Drouhin – Laroz 位於法國勃根地 Gevrey-Chambertin 村內，在當地已是相當具有知名歷史的老酒莊，其歷史要從西元1850年 Jean-Baptiste Laroze 開始創立說起，他的女兒 Suzanne 嫁給 Chambolle村 Drouhin 家的 Alexdandre，莊名也合併改為 Drouhin-Laroze
Domaine Drouhin – Laroz 現由 Philippe 和 Christine Drouhin 管理。從開創至今，已經歷了第五代人經營，Christine Drouhin 尊重自然風土條件釀酒，所有農耕事務，凡事親力親為，尊重土地和大自然季節規律，讓葡萄園特殊的風土條件在葡萄酒中自我充份地表現。 100% 人工採收葡萄後,進行嚴格的篩選分類，然後再進入發酵槽中。釀酒全部過程皆在Drouhin – Laroze 在1851年創建的圓拱形的二層酒窖內完成，該酒莊特級葡萄園葡萄酒需在100% 全新橡木桶中陳年18個月後，裝瓶前完全不澄清也不過濾。充份地將葡萄的品質與典型的風土特徵结合得恰到好處，酒質十分優雅，口感细腻滑順，芳香四溢，風味凝練。

Domaine Drouhin – Laroz Clos de Vougeot 2012【Allen Meadows】Burghound Tasting Notes: A pungent nose is composed of reductive aromas and oak toast. There is excellent intensity to the big-bodied flavors that are underpinned by phenolically mature tannins and an abundance of dry extract that serves not only to buffer the firm structure but also to impart a velvety mouth feel to the serious, long and moderately austere finish. The Wine Advocate Tasting Notes: The 2012 Clos Vougeot has a surprisingly backward and austere bouquet at first and only reluctantly opens to offer briary and blackberry notes with traces of seaweed with time. The palate is medium-bodied with spicy red fruit, a keen line of acidity and a sense of harmony and persistence on the finish. This is very commendable Clos Vougeot from the domaine, definitely one of the best Clos Vougeot from the vintage.
Saturated with violet, black cherry, raspberry and spice flavors, this red combines a silky texture and a firm structure. Reticent on the finish now, but a year or two in the cellar will help. Best from 2019 through 2035.
