Tortochot 家族世居於 Gevrey Chambertin，從一個小葡萄農開始，歷經三個世代的經營，逐漸發展成頗具規模的家族酒莊，擁有 10 公頃的葡萄園，分布於 Gevrey 到 Clos Vougeot 之間，目前由創始人的曾孫女 Chantal Tortochot 掌管,產量極低，酒質精巧多變，一直為 Tortochot 家族所有，其祖先在格弗瑞-香貝丹（Gevrey-Chambertin）也擁有相當長的葡萄種植歷史。至今從無假他人之手, 至今酒莊已交由Gabriel Tortochot 與兩個女兒 Brigitte 和 Chantal 共同管理。Gabriel Tortochot 先生是 Gevrey-Chambertin 村葡萄酒業公會會長以及法國國家葡萄酒法定產區委員會的委員。他的女兒Chantal 曾近在布根地擁有多年的管理工作，35歲時攻讀釀酒文憑就是為了能釀造出完美呈現風土特色的葡萄酒。
Domaine Tortochot 目前只擁有小小的 10公頃的葡萄園，分部在夜丘各個地區，其中不少園地處於特級園（Grand Cru）或一級園（Premier Cru），如 Charmes -Chambertin Grand Cru、Mazis -Chambertin Grand Cru 、Chambertin Grand Cru ，植株的培育採用傳統有機的理念，包括四個特級園酒款和三個一級園酒款，其中三款Chambertin 帶有顯著的紅色水果、甘草和皮革的香氣，單寧柔順口感絲滑；Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cr）黑比諾則香氣濃郁，酒體飽滿，口感豐沛且富有深度，餘味悠長。 皆在小型橡木桶內陳年18~22個月不等，新桶使用比例為100%。Chantal 她認為只有在自然環境下,讓動物和植物自行成長,獲得共生共榮的環境下,才能使葡萄獲得更多養份和生長環境!其實她說她只是忠實呈現葡萄園的 Terroir 罷了!

Domaine Tortochot 【Charmes Chambertin Grand Cru 頂級葡萄園】Tasting Notes :The 1997 Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru comes from 41-year-old vines. It has an attractive, open-knit bouquet that veers toward a more terroir-driven profile than a more typical fruit-driven one: tart cherries rapidly given way to woodland, autumnal scents. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins and poise. While it does not quite possess the persistency of the Mazis-Chambertin, it is nicely focused and poised. If seeking a more understated Charmes-Chambertin and you are unable to forage one from Denis Bachelet (join the club), then do consider this as an alternative.

Domaine Tortochot 【Charmes Chambertin Grand Cru 頂級葡萄園】Tasting Notes : The 2015 Chambertin Grand Cru, which comes from the limit with the forest that produces a low yields (in one year they cut the trees and the yields increased by 20%). Matured in five new barrels, it has a perfumed bouquet with red currant, cranberry and sous-bois notes with a touch of oyster shell. The palate is very well balanced with crisp red berry fruit, fine mineralité with a sense of energy and poise on the finish. There is a fine sustain here, a great contribution to the vintage and the domaine’s top wine in 2013.
大多數的酒農形容 2015 勃根地具備2003、2005、2009年等陽光普照、溫暖年份的特徵，不像2003年夏天的極端炙熱，產量小因此果味比2009更加集中濃郁，品嚐起來比2010及2012年更為濃醇，最常被拿來與2005年相提並論，醞釀著一個史詩級年份的誕生。
2015年雖然均溫更高，但卻有相對涼爽的夜晚，讓葡萄得以喘息獲得足夠的酸度，8月份的一場及時雨也舒緩了果實對水份的需求，讓酒液不致產生類似果醬的過熟香氣。總而言之，2015是個果香成熟，架構明確，產量兼具的完美年份！2015的布根地超級年分,豈可錯過??
