Domaine Drouhin – Laroz 位於法國勃根地 Gevrey-Chambertin 村內，在當地已是相當具有知名歷史的老酒莊，其歷史要從西元1850年 Jean-Baptiste Laroze 開始創立說起，他的女兒 Suzanne 嫁給 Chambolle村 Drouhin 家的 Alexdandre，莊名也合併改為 Drouhin-Laroze
Domaine Drouhin – Laroz 現由 Philippe 和 Christine Drouhin 管理。從開創至今，已經歷了第五代人經營，Christine Drouhin 尊重自然風土條件釀酒，所有農耕事務，凡事親力親為，尊重土地和大自然季節規律，讓葡萄園特殊的風土條件在葡萄酒中自我充份地表現。 100% 人工採收葡萄後,進行嚴格的篩選分類，然後再進入發酵槽中。釀酒全部過程皆在Drouhin – Laroze 在1851年創建的圓拱形的二層酒窖內完成，該酒莊特級葡萄園葡萄酒需在100% 全新橡木桶中陳年18個月後，裝瓶前完全不澄清也不過濾。充份地將葡萄的品質與典型的風土特徵结合得恰到好處，酒質十分優雅，口感细腻滑順，芳香四溢，風味凝練。

Drouhin-Laroze • Chambertin Clos de Beze 2014【Allen Meadows】Burghound Tasting Notes: Moderate wood frames exuberantly spicy and fresh red and dark berry fruit that carries ample Gevrey-style earth and underbrush influences. There is good size, weight and volume to the admirably intense broad-shouldered flavors that evidence a light minerality on the impressively long but not really austere finish. This is a big but harmonious effort that should age gracefully for years to come though note that it will likely need at least 10 – Burghound: 93 Points
The Wine Advocate Tasting Notes: The 2014 Chambertin Clos de Bèze Grand Cru includes 45% whole bunch fruit and was matured in 60% new oak. The nose is generous and perfumed with macerated black cherries, wild strawberry and light iodine notes, the new oak nicely integrated. The palate is medium-bodied with a crisp, orange zest-tinged entry. The tannins are quite firm and lend a rigid framework to this wine, this blend from a new oak barrel suggesting that 60% will be the right amount and allow the fruit to come through. Still, I would like a little more breeding here…more aristocracy…this is Clos de Bèze after all!

Domaine Drouhin Laroz Bonnes Mares 2014【Allen Meadows】Burghound Tasting Notes: A pungent nose of reduction and wood make the nose impossible to assess. The powerful, muscular and imposing big-bodied flavors possess excellent mid-palate concentration that coats the palate with dry extract, all wrapped in a slightly drying finish though again, I believe this is due to the gas and thus my range offers the benefit of the doubt.
The Wine Advocate Tasting Notes: The 2014 Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru includes around 35% whole bunch fruit and around 60% new oak. It has an open, quite transparent bouquet with mineral-tinged black fruit, a hint of Seville orange marmalade lurking in the background. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannin that lends this Bonnes-Mares good backbone and a little more masculinity than previous vintages. I like the density here, but it just needs to “flow” a little more towards the strict, linear finish.
