位於法國波爾多之聖愛美倫產區的Château Côte de Baleau 是St-Émilion Grand Cru Classé 列級特等酒莊之一。身為聖愛美古老歷史酒莊，其歷史可追朔自西元1643年Reiffers家族延續至今，原先是由一位Sophie Fourcade女士管理的一家極小酒莊，她並且擁有Clos St. Martin和Château Les Grandes Murailles 其它二家聖愛美倫小酒莊，直到今日，Chateau Clos Fourtet的主人Philippe Cuvelier公爵家族買下Château Côte de Baleau 後，大幅度更新釀酒設備，更請來聲名遠播的波爾多明星釀酒師 Michel Rolland 親手釀酒指導，Côte de Baleau 葡萄園面積只有小小的 8公頃，種植80% Merlot、15% Cabernet Franc 和 5% Cabernet Sauvignon，葡萄平均樹齡為40年，100% 人工採收，去除雜質、在溫控不銹鋼桶內發酵，然後再放入橡木桶中完成蘋果酸乳酸發酵和陳釀，陳釀時間為18 個月，新桶使用比例為 50%。平均年產量只有小小的3000箱。堅持對每個釀酒細節實行監控和分析。同時，加入了Château Clos Fourtet 全新元素色彩後及 Michel Rolland 親手釀酒指導，右岸 Merlot 高比例甜美迷人香氣酒體風範，有著平易近人迷人的價位，不僅讓 Château Côte de Baleau 在聖艾美隆的列級特等酒莊創造出極高CP價值，更加脫穎而出!

Château Côte de Baleau 2012 •【Grnad Cru Classe 列級特等酒莊 】Robert Parker Tasting Notes: Under the ownership of 【Clos Fourtet’s Philippe Cuvelier】, this wine exhibits dense ruby/purple color, beautiful purity, medium to full body and terrific depth and richness. It should drink well for another 15 or more years.

Antonio Galloni Tasting Notes: Iron, smoke, savory herb, dried rose petal, mint and fennel are some of the notes that emerge from the 2012 Côte de Baleau. There is good depth in the glass, even if some slightly angular contours remain. The perfumed, aromatic finish adds to the wine’s near-term appeal. Blackberry and blackcurrant fruit. Fresh and juicy. Tannins firm but fine. Good effort from the newly promoted GCC.

Côte de Baleau 酒體緊實密緻，口感濃郁，酒色呈靚麗的深紫色，口感圓潤柔和，複雜的香氣和綿長的回味，充分體現了列級酒莊的水準!
