布根地之神亨利．佳葉（Henri Jayer）傳人~Domaine Meo-Camuzet
Domaine Meo-Camuzet 位於被譽為布根地夜丘皇冠上的寶石 – Vosne Romanee 村內，在西元20世紀初創始人 Etienne Camuzet 開始在村內購入葡萄園，因膝下無子，1959 年由表弟 Jean Meo 繼承酒園，正式成立 Domaine Meo-Camuzet。布根地傳奇釀酒師 Henri Jayer 則在二次大戰後採無償佃農 Métayage 合約方式開始替 Camuzet 家族釀酒 (需將每年釀的酒一半繳回給地主)，無奈 Jean Meo 事業繁忙而分身乏術，多是將酒整桶賣給酒商。直到 1980 年中期，Jean 的兒子 Jean-Nicholas Meo 開始決定繼承酒莊經營，並同時取得種植與釀酒相關科系文憑，並聘請 Henri Jayer 擔任釀酒顧問，直到他對 Jean-Nicholas 的釀酒技術滿意後才功成身退。
Meo-Camuzet 酒的個性一直長久以來都沿習 Henri Jayer 酒的特性，但又多一分柔美個性，擁有深奧的稠密度與精緻的細緻度，豐饒且有勁的支撐力，相當迷人。Jean-Nicholas 依據 Henri 的釀酒哲學繼續產出高水準的酒款，短短十幾年時間內，將 Meo-Camuzet 提升為布根地的明星酒莊。
布根地之神亨利．佳葉（Henri Jayer）打造的酒款可說是全世界最珍貴的葡萄酒！他的傳人（之一）Jean-Nicolas Meo，大約在三十年前開始 主掌Domaine Meo-Camuzet。為了讓更多愛好布根地酒友們可以更輕鬆地喝到他們的酒,不再是價格高不可攀, 終於Maison Meo-Camuzet Frère et Soeurs 開 始推出了許多價格相對平易但實力精采的品項，但酒莊執著釀酒的精神,可一點都不馬虎，聲勢足以配享「佳葉傳人」之名 !

The Wines of Meo-Camuzet Frère et Soeurs “ Bourgogne 2013” Offer:
Tasting Note: The 2013 Bourgogne Rouge, which comes from two parcels supplemented by finished wine, has a closed nose while the palate is quite rustic at the moment with slightly hard tannins. It just needs to develop more flesh on the finish. This needs to pull its socks up by the time of bottling.

The Wines of Meo-Camuzet Frère et Soeurs “ Fixin 2009 ” Offer:
Tasting Note: The Meo-Camuzet 2009 Fixin Frere et Soeur exudes white pepper-, toasted praline-, and ginger-tinged ripe black raspberry and beet root, offering a very persistent, juicy, sweet, spicy concentration and firm but by no means ill-integrated tannins. This would seem to be a model for Fixin with a generosity I unfortunately seldom encounter in the appellation. I would anticipate a half dozen years of satisfying performance from it, though don’t expect elegance. The corresponding 2007 – despite surprisingly good retention of fresh fruit edge – finished a bit uninterestingly and uninspiringly. And speaking of potential value appellations

The Wines of Meo-Camuzet Frère et Soeurs “ Marsannay 2011 ” Offer:
Tasting Note: The 2011 Marsannay Village comes from two parcels from a grower in the center of the village. It has a pretty bouquet with smudged strawberry and cranberry scents, hints of vanilla just in the background. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly coarse tannins but decent fruit that give way to a chalky finish. Fine.

The Wines of Meo-Camuzet Frère et Soeurs “ Morey-Saint-Denis 2009 ” Offer:
Tasting Note: The 2009 Morey St. Denis emerges from the glass with fragrant notes of mint, followed by hard candy and juicy red cherries. It possesses lovely energy and striking inner perfume through to the finish. The Morey is the most successful of these village wines from Maison Meo-Camuzet. Anticipated maturity: 2013-2020.
