結合了傳統‧現代與當代古典 — 義大利葡萄酒權威指南 Gambero Rosso 將 La Spinetta 入選為 2001年的 Winery of The Year 年度酒莊，截至2012年為止，正因如此得到36個滿分三杯獎項,這到僅次於 Gaja酒莊，直接將 La Spinetta 列入最高等級三星酒莊
La Spinetta ( 義大利文意為「山丘頂」) ，它位於義大利Piedmont 的 Castagnole Lanze 村，這裡是 Moscato d’Asti 產區 專釀 Moscato 密思嘉白酒核心, 所以 La Spinetta 最早是釀造 Biancospino Moscato 白酒起家,而不是紅酒
Giuseppe Rivetti 自1985年開始從 Barbaresco 村版塊開始,一路找尋良好優秀葡萄園, 直到2000年買下 Grinzane Cavour 村小小的 八公頃的 Campé葡萄園，同時還建造了一座設計非常藝術感的 Campé 酒莊,相當具有美感, 開始釀造最頂級的 Barolo Campé 紅酒。此園坡面朝南，種著 Nebbiolo 葡萄，平均樹齡達到35至45年，產量非常低。釀成的酒經過全新法國橡木桶陳年 24個月，接著在不鏽鋼槽中熟成7~9個月不等(依當年份葡萄成熟度)，裝瓶後再窖藏12個月才上市；酒液不經過濾和澄清處理以保持其最佳風味。
酒莊的酒標極具特色，其中以德國偉大畫家Albrecht Düre 素描的雄獅與犀牛最為人稱道。雄獅酒標被用於義大利紅酒之王
其實酒標的故事跟酒莊一點也沒關係,只是Giorgio Rivetti 十分崇拜德國偉大畫家 Albrecht Düre，當時他只是十分欣賞這幅畫與背景傳說,就想單純使用犀牛作為酒標。今天酒莊的給眾人酒友們形象,再也已離不開雄獅與犀牛這幅著名畫作了!
Eventually though the family vision was even grander. In 1985 LA SPINETTA made its first red wine, Barbera di Pian. After this many great reds followed: In 1989 the Rivettis dedicated their red blend Pin to their father. In 1995 they started to make their first Barbaresco, Gallina. In 1996 and 1997 the Barbarescos Starderi, Barbera d’Alba Gallina and Barbaresco Valeirano follow. In 1998 premiered the Barbera d’Asti Superiore.
In 2000 the family ambition of also making a Barolo became reality. The Rivettis acquired vineyards in Grinzane Cavour and built a state of the art cellar, Barolo Camp? Since 2003 visitors are welcomed to visit also Camp? outside the town, Grinzane Cavour.

The wine boasts a layered bouquet that sees elements of dark fruit, spice, leather, licorice and molasses. Each sniff opens a whole new realm of aromatic possibilities. I also love the way this wine feels in the mouth; It shows a deep sense of silky smoothness, but there is power and determination here at the same time.

La Spinetta Barolo DOCG Garretti 2010 Robert Parker Tasting note: The 2012 Barolo Vigneto Garretti is a dark and brooding wine that has a long way to travel on its evolutionary track. Only at the beginning of its ageing trajectory, this Barolo reveals stern and uncompromising notes of dark fruit, tar, licorice and smoke. The mouthfeel is firmly constructed, tight and crisp. The bouquet is layered and powerful. Give this wine five more years, at a bare minimum, of cellar aging. (請最少給它五年…甚至更多時間,呵呵)
