西元1982年 RitaTua 和 Virglilio Bisti 二人在共同聯手合作下，希望能找到二人心目中最完美的葡萄園，最後在Livorno Norti 地區內 Alta Maremm 地塊，終於在西元1984年成立Tua Rita 酒莊，但 Alta Maremm 村附近大多都是種著 Sangiovese，但是 Virglilio和 Rita 卻是認為這裡更適合種植 Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc和 Merlot 及獲得 Parker 欽 點 100分的 Syrah 葡萄! 由於Virglilio 堅定的執著，在西元1994年第一次用100% Merlot 葡萄，小木桶的精釀少量 Redigaffi 頂級酒款，第一個年份就受到大家對義大利 Merlot 的改觀,在2000年更是獲得Robert Parker 評鑑100分! 但很不幸的，Virgilio 已經在六年前就離開人世，但是 Virgilio 的女兒 Simena 繼續抱著父親當年肯定且執著的信念和企圖心，與 Tua Rita 釀酒師共同努力，如今，Tua Rita酒莊大約有33公頃的葡萄園，種植著不同的葡萄品種，主要土壤為黏土層和砂石上，葡萄園高度約在海拔150~200公尺以上，在橡木桶的比例使用上特別注重，就是避免使用過多木桶，改變原來的風貌!

Tua Rita •【Per Sempre Syrah】2015Robert Parker Tasting Notes: Tua Rita’s Syrah is quickly reaching quality levels that could put it ahead of the estate’s celebrated Merlot Redigaffi ( Tua Rita Syrah 2015 快速達到頂尖高質水準,甚至於超過 頂級旗鑑酒Merlot Redigaffi) . In fact, I approached this tasting of warm-vintage releases with special curiosity and anticipation for this particular wine over the others (based on how well Syrah does in hot vintages). Ultimately, the 2015 Syrah Per Sempre took a little extra time to open, and the bouquet was initially shy and reticent. Slowly and surely, it started to deliver dark fruit intensity with smoke, cured meat and spicy tobacco. The wine performs beautifully in the palate, however, and a big part of my score was inspired by the excellence of the mouthfeel. It is nuanced, rich and velvety ( 2015 Syrah 的口感非常好，而我的評分很大一部分來自於口感的卓越。 相當地細膩且酒體豐富和天鵝絨般單寧。)
James Suckling Tasting Notes: I love the dried flowers and smoked meats with hints of plums and berries. Full body, layered and refined with an extremely pretty and textured palate. Tea and dark fruits. Deep and fantastic. Savory. 20% whole berry. Best ever Made from organic grapes.98 Points (8/2017)
