相信大家對義大利2010年超級年份一定不陌生，在去年八月引進義大利2015年Rosso基本款時，當時已在信中提到義大利酒莊主人提到2015年無不眉開眼笑，這是繼經典義大利2010年之後，上天再次賜給他們完美的一年2015年，在9月全球公開上市後，立即獲得James Suckling 100分，更是入選Jame Suckling Wine TOP 100 前三名，Parker 更是讚揚這是有史以來偉大的 Redigaffi ，評鑑 97分
西元1982年 RitaTua 和 Virglilio Bisti 二人在共同聯手合作下，希望能找到二人心目中最完美的葡萄園，最後在Livorno Norti 地區內 Alta Maremm 地塊，終於在西元1984年成立Tua Rita 酒莊，但 Alta Maremm 村附近大多都是種著 Sangiovese，但是 Virglilio和 Rita 卻是認為這裡更適合種植 Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc和 Merlot 及獲得 Parker 欽 點 100分的 Syrah 葡萄! 由於Virglilio 堅定的執著，在西元1994年第一次用100% Merlot 葡萄，小木桶的精釀少量 Redigaffi 頂級酒款，第一個年份就受到大家對義大利 Merlot 的改觀,在2000年更是獲得Robert Parker 評鑑100分! 但很不幸的，Virgilio 已經在六年前就離開人世，但是 Virgilio 的女兒 Simena 繼續抱著父親當年肯定且執著的信念和企圖心，與 Tua Rita 釀酒師共同努力，如今，Tua Rita酒莊大約有33公頃的葡萄園，種植著不同的葡萄品種，主要土壤為黏土層和砂石上，葡萄園高度約在海拔150~200公尺以上，在橡木桶的比例使用上特別注重，就是避免使用過多木桶，改變原來的風貌!

The 2015 Redigaffi is a blockbuster, a beautiful and expressive blockbuster at that. This vintage delivers a unique level of intensity and power that is very much linked to the easily ripened fruit obtained in this warm and sunny vintage. Despite that inner bulk and power, the wine reveals an elegant sense of harmony and depth. Etched mineral or graphite notes segue to black fruit, spice, leather, mocha and toasted espresso bean. The wine is structured and firm in terms of mouthfeel.

Tua Rita •Giusto di Notri 2015James Suckling Tasting Notes: This is dense and structured with beautifully polished tannins and plenty of currant and blackberry character. Full body and chewy tannins yet refined and juicy. Lots of Mediterranean herbs with the dark fruit. Blend of mostly cabernet sauvignon with merlot and cabernet franc. Pretty barrel sample. This is coming along very nicely. Can’t wait to taste in bottle. Made from organic grapes.. *Top 100 of 2017* (8/2017) of 97 Points
Robert Parker Tasting Notes: Here is a high performance wine from Stefano Frascolla and his family. The 2015 Giusto di Notri is mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with smaller parts Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The wine is contemporary, complex and gorgeous from tip to toe. You get a lot of power here and generous oak-driven tones of sweet espresso, chocolate and spice that surround a succulent core of dark fruit and candied cherry. All these elements appear even bigger and bolder in this warm vintage.
