【被上帝親吻過的葡萄園 • Cannubi 卡努比】. 相信許多愛好義大利酒友們必定聽過這塊 Cannubi卡努比特級田，釀自Cannub之手每家幾乎都不會太差，然而現今已成Barolo頂尖酒款代名詞之一，更別說出自釀酒藝術家 Enrico Scavino之手，Cannubi， 可說是Barolo 區最好的葡萄園之一，當時1970年Barolo還沒有很有名， 單一葡萄園裝瓶尚未成為風潮時， 只要是Cannubi這塊田釀出來酒質就已受到肯定，當時義大利歷史記載在西元1756年時就已經有Cannubi酒款， Cannubi 充滿更多辛香料風味，結實又兼具甜美，單寧質地非常漂亮，尾韻很長，不枉【被上帝親吻過的葡萄園 • Cannubi 卡努比 – Planted in 1946】之名 ! 西元1943年 Scavino 家族將祖產葡萄園地塊一分為二，其中一個就是鼎鼎大名的 Paoolo Savino 酒莊，另外一個就是”AZELIA酒莊” ， Paolo Scavino位於 Castiglione Falletto 頂尖名莊，Scavino 家族四代以來一直注重如何釀出高品質葡萄酒，在1975年「Barolo Boys」轟動一時，Paolo Scavino更是其中成員之一 。 如今酒莊由 Enrico Scavino 和他女兒Enrica 和 Elisa 一起努力共同管理，葡萄園面積全部約23公頃，每塊面積都不大，分別坐落在Barolo不同區塊，且風土條件非常出色。主要以Nebbiolo、Barbera 和 Dolcetto，堅信釀酒的核心理念認為從葡萄的種植和栽培，要比葡萄的釀造過程更重要，因為只有最好的葡萄才能釀造頂級高級葡萄酒，對於葡萄園的照顧不勝遺力,在有機自然重力法下，讓土壤和自然環境下融合!

Paolo Scavino • Barolo【Cannubi】2014 planted in 1946Ronert Parker Tasting Notes: The Scavino family rents half a hectare of Cannubi and has been doing so since 1985. Vines at the site were planted in 1946, and although some have been replanted, about 80% of those old vines are intact. The site boasts well-draining soils that add to the aromatic identity and intensity of the wines. Fruit in Cannubi tends to ripen a bit earlier than the other grand cru sites in Barolo. This specific half-hectare sees harder marl soils compared to the loose sandy soils that distinguish the rest of Cannubi. Yields are extremely low due to the low vigor on old vines and the Nebbiolo clone (Michet) planted here. The 2014 Barolo Cannubi is a beautifully bright and clean wine with elegant tones of wild fruit, rose and anise. This wine exhibits soft and silky tannins over a compact mouthfeel.
Wine Enthusiast Tasting Notes: Woodland berry, fragrant blue flower, tilled earth and balsamic whiffs of camphor slowly take shape in the glass. Boasting elegance and intense energy, the radiant palate delivers crushed red raspberry, sour cherry, star anise and crushed aromatic herb alongside a backbone of firm refined tannins and vibrant acidity. It’s still young, so give it time to fully come together and develop even more complexity. Drink 2024–2034.
