📷如果4月份是最美好的月份，那麼9月份就會是最甜蜜的人，就像今天一樣，來自南非Klein Constantia 的美麗 Vin de Constance 2014 華麗公開上市，公認為是17世紀以來世界上最好的甜酒之一。美麗和優質特質可以同時俱進，在最新 2017年 Neal Martin 和 Tim Atkin 二位首席葡萄酒 MW，在他們 2017年葡萄酒評鑑收錄其中，將【Klein Constantia 】列為他的“第一名”頂尖甜白酒釀製者，並且將 2014年被譽為十年中最好的之一。
話說從西元1685 年南非有一位充滿活力且熱情的政府工作者 Mr. Simon van der Stel 發現了一片非常好的土壤，這片土地介於印度洋和大西洋當中的開普敦半島，涼爽及潮濕的水氣、花崗岩的土壤，蘊涵著葡萄樹成長的因子進而釀造出卓越的葡萄酒， Mr. Simon van der Stel 遂命名這片葡萄園為 【Constantia 】康士坦提亞，並於很短的時間內得到極高的榮譽。 【Klein Constantia 】是南非康斯坦丁開普敦，數一數二的經典酒莊，而【Constantia 】康士坦提亞 更是南非第一個葡萄園。Vin de Constance 是 【Klein Constantia 酒莊】三白年前最重要和最具有指標代表性的作品,不僅在【 2015年榮獲 Wine Spectator 第10名，更是習近平先生10月份訪英之旅時，英國女王白金漢宮高規格國宴酒單中的指定用酒】
在19世紀初期歐洲皇室把他視在 Yquem, Tokay 和 Madeira之上，國王們個個想盡辦法取得，法國國王Louis Philippe曾經派專使特地去把酒運回，拿破崙在最失意時在St. Helena 島上喝的也是Constantia，德國的 Frederick the Great 和 Bismarck 和英國國王總理們也都是Constantia的愛好者。不僅如此，英國有名的作家Charles Dickens 和 Jane Austen， 德國詩人 Klopstock 到法國詩人 Baudelaire 都曾經在他們的作品裡讚賞過這一款酒。贏得許多的獎項並得到王室的推崇與認同。
不幸的，19 世紀末葡萄園遭受了蚜蟲害，政府購買了這片土地並成為實驗性的葡萄酒農場，直到西元 1980 年 Klein Constantia 擁有者 Dggie Jooste 家族重整 Constantia 莊園，決定挑戰釀造這瓶 300 年前原始血統 Constantia 的任務，直到現在，這瓶消失了一世紀的傳奇葡萄酒【Vin de Constance】 終於又重現在我們的眼前，【原汁原味沿用19世紀的 500ml 酒瓶】，象徵性地向三百年前的傳統致敬。

**Tim Atkins Tastin Notes: **“This is not the densest or most exotic of recent Vin de Constance releases, but what it lacks in power it more than makes up for with elegance. More Barsac than Sauternes-like perhaps? Quince, pastry and orange zest notes, with lovely tarte tatin acidity, subtle vanilla spice and a long, nuanced finish. 2020-45.” 98 points, Tim Atkins MW
Bright and yellow gold in colour. The nose displays aromas of citrus, ginger and fresh nutmeg. Elegant, well rounded in acidity with a creamy mouthfeel, the flavours follow through offering a zesty mid palate. Full and refreshing, the wine concludes with a long and concentrated finish.” Matt Day, Winemaker.
Vin de Cons*t*ance 將麝香葡萄種植在特別挑選的葡萄園之上，掛在藤上熟成至葡萄乾的型態，然後採摘釀造成葡萄酒。酒中擁有豐富而厚重的乾果與葡萄香氣，深金黃色蜂蜜色澤，滑順的膏狀結構中蘊含著多層次丁香和香草之濃郁草本自然芳香，結構優雅、口感豐厚，均衡的酸度中混合著柑橘果醬和黑巧克力的風味，甜而不膩，成熟的杏果和桃子香，口感酸度甜度適中，香氣深坎腦中；入口如數十粒的葡萄一湧而上。酒中甜味當然明顯，酒體厚重，綿長尾韻一直停留口中許久都不散,陳年於法國與匈牙利木桶中4年5個月，長期保存可儲藏20年之久。
