年輕有為的Ben Glaetzer 在他31歲的時候, 當時的他就已拿到許多釀酒成積殊榮，其中包括獲得年度新世界釀酒師、年度釀酒師新秀等頭銜，最重要的是被國際酒評聖經權威 Robert Parker 親點為年度風雲釀酒師。「Amon-Ra蒼窮之眼」，勁道兼具雅致，是近代最卓越的澳洲葡萄酒之作品之一,他 傾注一生熱情打造出最頂級質精的標竿紅酒。他深深相信，一瓶偉大的酒絕對有大部份原因取決於葡萄園本身的條件。
埃及神話中Amon-Ra代表眾神之王，而Amon-Ra神殿為供應神殿居民用酒，Amon-Ra 蒼穹之眼 即象徵葡萄酒的起源。源自古埃及的全能之眼，符號的六個部份，分別象徵觸/ 味 / 聽 / 視 / 嗅 /知等六覺。Glaetzer就是希望以能滿足這”六大感覺”為首要目標，釀造出「Amon-Ra蒼窮之眼」, 不僅「Amon-Ra蒼窮之眼」代表酒如神啟一般，無人能比，這也是他人生當中唯一達到最高顛峰之作品!

It’s full-bodied, characterized by notes of grilled meat, espresso, black olive, cassis, vanilla, baking spices and an undercurrent of loamy earth. Yes, it’s unapologetically big and bold, the product of a warm, sunny climate and ripe grapes, but it does show a sense of decorum, restraint and elegance on the long finish.
