Since 1979 Pinot Noir葡萄就來自44-50年的17K及村莊級和 Crown Prince 老藤葡萄，小小4.5公頃，堅持不灌溉，以極低產量與自然動力法，充份傳達優異得天獨厚的 Gippsland 土壤風土條件，極似有著勃根地之神 Henri Jayer 的酒質風格。
