2014年 – 布根地輝煌超級白酒年
Comtes Lafon 是勃根地最頂尖的白酒酒廠之一，和Leflaive 齊名，酒廠坐落於 Meursault 村，現任莊主是 Dominique Lafon。Lafon 的白酒多數產自 Meursault 村，亦生產少量的 Puligny Montrachet 一級園與珍貴的頂級園Montrachet，不論在價格與品質均與許多酒莊的特級園不分軒輊甚至更勝一籌。而它的 Montrachet 更是量稀價昂的逸品。
Dominique 接手後改以有機方式耕種，看到鄰村的 Leflaive 自然動力法的成果後，自1999年開始也開始以 Biodynamic方式耕作，其酒具備濃郁熟成的果香以及奶油香氣。1999年9月 Lafon買下位於馬貢區 Milll Larmartine 的小酒莊, 並更名為Les Héritiers du Comte Lafon 【拉馮公爵的繼承人】，目前約有14公頃地，釀造7款白酒。Dominique Lafon 對於品質絲毫不予妥協，旗下兩家酒廠採用相同的經營模式與釀酒哲學，嚴謹而的維護品質。Les Héritiers du Comte Lafon創設初期以有機方式耕種，之後改採 Biodynamic 自然動力法來耕耘,凡事親力親為,照顧葡萄,親自監釀,非常認真地嚴謹態度來面對,以此地著名的葡萄品種釀造一系列優質的白酒。相較於Meursault 一瓶酒動輒上千甚是萬元的高貴身價，Les Héritiers du Comte Lafon 的葡萄酒價位顯得親和平易近人 !!

Macon Village 2014Tasting Notes: The 2014 Mâcon Villages had been bottled two weeks previous to my visit. It has a fruit-driven bouquet with plenty of fresh green apple and fresh pear aromas. The palate is nicely balanced, clean and fresh, not complex but with a crisp malic finish. As Dominique said, its raison d’être is to be popped and poured for pleasure…and it will give plenty of that. 精選自 Macon 內 數個葡萄園的老藤 Chardonnay 葡萄，年輕時展現純淨的柑橘和青蘋果些許鳳梨香氣.有著豐富的多層圓潤氣息，若能再給予2-4年陳年時間，將能完全展現風采，呈現最優雅細膩的複雜風味。

Macon Milly Lamartine 2014Tasting Notes: Blended just recently, the 2014 Mâcon Milly Lamartine Clos du Four has a crisp and precise bouquet, slightly floral at the moment, with pithy fruit. The palate is mineral-driven with racy and almost piercing acidity (the pH came in at 3.05) with a vibrant and tense finish. Steely and clinical, this could well turn out to be the most “Zen” of Dominique Lafon’s 2014 精選自Mâcon內 Milly Lamartine Clos du Four 葡萄園的老藤 葡萄，也是最具代表性的精華園 !!

酒廠的葡萄園位於山坡上，富含石灰岩的貧脊土壤得以精確的控制產量，溫暖的微型氣候確保葡萄能夠達到最佳熟成。 有機方式耕耘，全程以人工方式採收，以自然方式釀酒並嚴格控制新桶的比例，使用大桶釀製,避免過重的桶味影響細緻的葡萄酒本身風味。
Macon Uchizy Les Maranches 2013 Tasting Notes: The 2013 Mâcon Uchizy les Maranches had likewise been fined ten days previously. It has a very fine bouquet with expressive citrus fruit, a little more intense than the 2012 perhaps. The palate is fresh and rounded on the entry with fine mineralité, good tension and quite a structured finish. There is good potential in this barrel sample.精選自Mâcon內 Uchizy les Maranches 葡萄園的老藤葡萄，有著豐富的多層圓潤氣息，若能再給予4-5年陳年時間，將能完全展現風采，呈現最優雅細膩的複雜風味。
