2000年時 Mr. Jean-Luc Thunevin 將酒莊版圖開始延伸至法國南部朗格多克-胡西雍產區,他與南法最知名種植學家 Jean-Roger Calvet 一起合作攜手買下Maury 附近的葡萄園，從此展開創造另一南法車庫傳奇。兩人合作的Cuvée Constance 第一個首要全新年份在2003年上市後，常常持續獲得 Robert Parker 90分+的優質評比，並且更入選在其著作“法國與世界上最超值的葡萄酒款“ (La sélection Parker des vins de France & du monde) 之一！
Jean-Luc Thunevin 跟Chateau Valandraud一樣, 傳統模式堅持秉持低產量、有機種植、手工採摘、人工挑選葡萄、晚採收葡萄、天然酵母長時間發酵等嚴格的釀造方式! Cuvee Constance 使用50% 格納希Grenache、50% 卡利濃 Carignan 葡萄釀造，香氣非常濃郁，充滿熟美的莓果與櫻桃果味，還帶著些許的甘草與普羅旺斯香料的印象，飽滿濃郁的風味實在 可口，入口有些許辛香料氣味，單寧結構完整且滑順，留下令人難忘的香草、可可及覆盆子的餘韻。尤其2013是飽滿優良的年份，更是超越過往 2011 & 2012!

Thunevin Calvet Cuvee Constance 2013Robert Parker Tasting Notes: More textured and concentrated than the 2014, the 2013 Côtes du Roussillon Villages Cuvee Constance has plenty of sweet black cherries, licorice, ground herbs and hints of leather to go with a medium-bodied, impressively textured feel on the palate. The normal blend of Grenache and Carignan that’s raised in concrete tank, this is a year in, year out over achiever that sells for a song.
Wine Spectator Tasting Notes: Dusty earth and dried herb aromas surround the dried red berry and plum flavors in this medium-bodied red. Black pepper and hot stone notes line the crisp finish, with supple tannins. 7,500 cases made.
