Ballot Millot 酒廠位於布根地白酒的最重要 Meursault 村莊內，自從在17 世紀就在 Meursault 區域內購買葡萄園，現任莊主Charles Ballot 的父母結婚時，更買下本村兩塊最珍貴的一級葡萄園 Les Perrières 以及 Les Genevrières。目前酒廠僅擁有只有小小約10公頃的地塊，葡萄樹齡自約30年的 Les Criots 到70~75 年的Les Genevrières不等。
在2001年 Charles 從父親手中接過酒莊，不僅是青出於藍，實行嚴格的 lutte raisonnée半有機農法耕作，絕不使用任何的除草劑，使用約25%的新桶培養。Ballot Millot 的白酒風味清爽，純淨中含有清爽的礦石滋味，優雅迷人，成為新生代勃根地白酒最受矚目的閃耀之星!!!!!!! Charles 對於自然動力農法掌握更得心應手，種植出更自然均衡、充份表現出人與物和大自然結合,表現 Terroir 純淨風土個性。
The Wines of Domaine Ballot-Millot Bourgogne Blanc 2011 Offer 666Tasting Note: The 2011 Bourgogne Blanc comes from three parcels around Puligny that total round 3½ hectares. It is matured in used wood and had been filtered the previous day. It has a crisp, grass clipping and bruised apple-scented bouquet that you might describe as functional. The palate is medium-bodied with light malic notes, citrus acidity and a slightly lean but clean finish (0.66 acres = 0.2665 ha)
